Ryan Downing

Ryan Downing started his real estate career in 2001 at Westlake Associates, Inc. In less than three years at Westlake Associates, Ryan became the youngest partner in firm history having successfully brokered over $80,000,000 worth of commercial real estate. During his time at Westlake Associates, Ryan also personally managed over $35,000,000 worth of multi-family commercial real estate in the Seattle area.

Most recently, Ryan was President and Managing Partner of the Eastlake Property Group, a local firm specializing in the construction and renovation of high quality multi-family real estate. During his time with the Eastlake Property Group, Ryan successfully developed just over $25,000,000 worth of real estate in the Greater Seattle Area. Ryan is a graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Ryan has also successfully completed many post graduate courses through the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation process.
