Kristen Lessig

Kristen Lessig joins The Foundation Group with over 13 years of experience in real estate investment property operations, management and construction.  Her first years in real estate were spent handling property management and construction support for a local commercial and residential real estate developer.  She then joined Starbucks Coffee Company to help develop an integrated global market strategy plan to create improved processes for operations, new store development and facilities.  After her success in a Fortune 500 company, Kristen moved back into the private sector, as Property & Operations Manager at University Village, orchestrating tenant improvement projects, vendor negotiations and facilities management.  Most recently Kristen was entrenched in the preservation and management of failed bank assets in disposition by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for an institutional level facilities management company.  She is currently pursuing her CCIM designation.
