Morgan Irwin’s experience in the Corporate finance world brings deep knowledge of financing requirements and the motivation of lenders involved in various types of real estate transactions. This unique perspective allows Morgan to facilitate the deal making process in an efficient manner minimizing errors, leading to a high closing ratio. Since entering the Seattle real estate market Morgan has grown a portfolio of management accounts while generating for sale listings and buyer relationships. While still in lending Morgan's role as a Capital Markets Credit officer exposed him to multiple merger and acquisition related financing projects, capital asset financing and the financial management of special assets involving both assets and going concern businesses in varying stages of distress.
